missingWrote a review on 31 Octslow check-in
Breakfast items were sometimes outdated, including stale bread and moldy ingredients. The breakfast service faltered significantly, with items running out frequently and slow replenishment, often leaving guests scrambling. The check-in process was frustratingly slow. it took about 30 minutes despite minimal guests. An iron was not provided in the room, requiring multiple requests for a replacement, which ultimately led to an electrical issue due to a faulty unit. Also, there were no kettles in the room—something standard at most hotels of this rating.

The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delightful way to start the day. Homemade pastries were a standout, and I loved being just a stone's throw away from Gaya, where the local flavors came to life! Also, the room was spacious and had a modern feel, making it a comfy haven after shopping nearby.
However, I found it cheeky they charged €7 extra for an omelet, and they didn’t mention it until I was ready to mix. The breakfast spread was nice but lacked freshness on some days, and unfortunately, I faced a bit of a disaster with a faulty iron that blew a fuse—yikes!

Just spent a week in the Standard Double and loved the clean, modern room! The staff were kind and super helpful, especially when we needed assistance. Only downside-wifi options could use an upgrade. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Room Issues
Enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room with a nice view. The staff were attentive and helped us with restaurant recommendations nearby, particularly a great pizzeria across the street. Just note that upgrades promised may not always be available. Recommended for its convenient location!

The location was perfect. with easy access to public transport and not far from major attractions. Staff was attentive and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room impressed us. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious.
However, it would be beneficial to have kettles in the rooms for convenience. and clearer information about local transportation options would enhance the guest experience.

It was just a perfect match for a temporary stay in Milan with good price-value balance. The air conditioning worked well, which was great after exploring the city. Bring your own kettle if you enjoy tea, as there aren't any in the rooms.

The Junior Suite was super clean and modern! I loved how comfortable the bed was—really made a difference. The amenities were nice, but would’ve liked a kettle in the room. The air conditioning worked really well, which was great after a long day out. You can definitely tell they pay attention to cleanliness and style throughout the whole hotel.

great location but lacked tea essentials
The room was modern with a clean design. The staff offered helpful insights about nearby shopping. I really appreciated the convenience of the tea and coffee machine in the room, though some milk options would have made it perfect. Plus, the air conditioning was efficient after a long day exploring.
The absence of milk for tea was a slight disappointment.
